Winkelman Building Corporation offers complete commercial construction services including design/build, design/manage, construction management and negotiated general contracting services.
We are fully capable of guiding each new building from inception, through design, to completion. Since each delivery method offers distinct advantages, the selected method is often dictated by factors unique to each project. Variables may include budget, owner involvement, schedule, ownership format, sales tax savings, owner’s comfort level, project complexity, location and many other factors.
