next big box or with a developer to create the perfect retail strip
center, WBC brings more than thirty-five years of experience building
some of the most recognizable commercial structures in the Central Minnesota.
Our retail projects have included department stores, convenience stores,
grocery stores and specialty shops.
Often a client will approach WBC requesting our services for the renovation
or customized interior design services to complete their fit-out of
a newly occupied space within a commercial center. While timelines remain
of utmost importance in each project, tenant improvements require that
we not only complete the work on time, but also that the existing business
operations remain un-disturbed. Often this means our superintendents
and trade contractors are working evenings and weekends to complete
the work
