OFFICE
Our commercial office space development ranges from build-out of an
existing space, remodeling an existing office and constructing new facilities.
Clients have included medical clinics, banks and general service offices.
In 1994, the Systems Builders Association selected our Lakedale Telephone
building as Building of the Year. Four years later WBC was recognized
with two awards for the Wireless Holdings/Cellular 2000 office and retail
project. The Minnesota Associated Builders and Contractors recognized
the same project with an Award of Excellence, and the Minnesota Masonry
Institute also awarded WBC a certificate for Excellence in Concrete
Masonry.
