Winkelman Building Corporation offers Construction Management services that lend our tradition of safety and managerial effectiveness to a project, while allowing the client to remain in complete control of the bidding process.
When a client requests our construction management services, we represent the best interests of the client and act as their agent instead of having their architect do so. Our responsibilities as a construction management team include the monitoring of budgets throughout the project, while coordinating the trade contractors, containing costs and ensuring that the project remains on schedule. Through this process we will typically divide a project into as many as 30 or 40 bid divisions in an effort to solicit a greater number of bidders.
